Event-led prizes are the ideal choice for an on-going promotion with multiple winners, or where there is an element of the prize that needs to be carefully managed on site. They involve creating a bespoke event attended by multiple prize winners such as a private winners’ party, celebrity meet and greets and behind the scenes tours. With multiple winners attending we are often able to take advantage of group rates and discounts which creates a cost effective prize solution with the benefit of on-site management and an increased sense of occasion for the winners. IMS have managed event-led prizes all over the world: from private pool parties in Ibiza with celebrity DJ’s to once-in-a-lifetime trips to Hollywood with exclusive access to film sets and filming locations; IMS have covered it all. Each and every event has its own IMS Representative to host a welcome meeting, manage every aspect of the on-site logistics and act as a 24 hour representative throughout the experience.
